Refund policy

Expected variations in products made of natural stone
Naturally-occurring imperfections and variations are not considered defects. The following do not qualify as reasons for product exchanges or returns:

• Fissures and hairline markings are natural occurrences in all stone types and are not considered flaws or defects.
• Both fissures and hairline markings are filled with different minerals but do not affect the structural integrity or strength of the stone.
• Natural stone exhibits variations in color tones, swirls, and veins as a result of its unique mineral content, arrangement, and formation temperature.
• Slabs are unique, and even stone from the same quarry or region will have unique patterns.
• Because of this, please note that product images will not perfectly visually match your product once delivered.

Exchanges
Due to our products being made-to-order, we do not accept exchanges.

 

Refunds
If you experience an issue with your product which is the fault of the manufacturer, please reach out to us and we will examine the issue. If a manufacturing error is found to be the issue, once examined by our team, you will be issued a refund if approved. Once the refund issued, please allow up tp 10 days for your refund to arrive. If it has been over 15 days and you have not received your refund payment, please contact us.
