Naturally-occurring imperfections and variations are not considered defects:

• Fissures and hairline markings are natural occurrences in all stone types and are not considered flaws or defects.
• Both fissures and hairline markings are filled with different minerals but do not affect the structural integrity or strength of the stone.
• Natural stone exhibits variations in color tones, swirls, and veins as a result of its unique mineral content, arrangement, and formation temperature.
• Slabs are unique, and even stone from the same quarry or region will have unique patterns.
• Because of this, please note that product images will not perfectly visually match your product once delivered.

• Acidic substances (lemon juice, vinegar, wine) can stain, dull, or etch stone.
• Clean up spills quickly and apply sealer regularly.
• To clean, use warm water with mild dish detergent or a neutral cleaner.
• Avoid excessive dish detergent (as it can can leave a film) and abrasive chemicals (can dull the stone).

Shipping is free Canada-wide, and logistics are carried out directly by our manufacturing partner. Due to being made-to-order, please allow for 20-30 days for production, and approximately 45 days for delivery via sea shipping.
